1. Scope of Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all consulting, engineering design, STU/CTU grid connectivity clearances, procurement management, and turnkey EPC services provided by Pransh Business Solutions Private Limited ("PBSPL", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service-Based Commercial Nature

All services offered by PBSPL are customized, enterprise-level B2B engineering, technical advisory, and construction contracts. Unless explicitly stated in a signed formal contract, all advance payments, retainers, and milestone payments made for our services are non-refundable.

3. Contractual & Milestone Payments

Milestone Payments: Project payments are governed strictly by the milestone schedules defined in individual commercial agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), or Purchase Orders (POs) executed between PBSPL and the client.
Work Completed: Once a project phase, engineering study, site survey, or regulatory filing has commenced or completed, payments tied to that milestone are fully earned by PBSPL and non-refundable.

4. Regulatory & Government Application Fees

Fees paid to state transmission utilities (STU), central transmission utilities (CTU), state electricity boards (DISCOMs), or government regulatory bodies for grid connectivity applications, NOCs, and sanctions are collected on behalf of the respective authorities.
Statutory Non-Refundability: Government/statutory application fees, processing charges, and official deposits are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the respective authorities.

5. Contract Termination & Cancellation

Cancellation of active projects or contracts must be requested in writing according to the termination clause specified in your signed agreement:

Client Initiated Termination: In the event of contract termination by the client, the client shall remain liable for all work executed, resources mobilized, third-party vendor commitments incurred, and unbilled deliverables completed up to the official date of termination.
Excess Advance Balances: Any unadjusted advance balance (if applicable after deducting billable work and cancellation costs) will be settled in accordance with the specific termination terms outlined in the binding contract.
